Step 5: Outcome

This patient is now 7 years following his surgery with no evidence of local or systemic recurrence. To my surprise he in fact has a completely full range of motion of his shoulder and has returned to normal activities (I was expecting him to have some shoulder stiffness after cutting across the articular surface like that!). His XRay is shown below.
